Cook wearing gloves put raw steak on grill, then handled Ready-To-Eat bread bun and cut with knife. without removing gloves, washing hands and putting on clean gloves. Employee wearing gloves left sandwich prep area removed gloves and went to back kitchen area and opened oven. Wiped hands on apron then put on clean gloves and resumed preparng food order.Discussed with Manager.
