Manager moved all product to walk in freezer to rapid chill product. sliced tomatoes (48F - Cold Holding); blue cheese dressing (48F - Cold Holding) manager states walk in cooler was at 41F or below 2 hours ago. Manager states repair man is waiting on a part for cooler. Recommend opening freezer door to keep walk in at 41F.
