Display case front counter, opened and closed several times. Ambient temperature is 41F.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Drink nozzles in dining room have heavy build up inside drink nozzles.
A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use. Manager closed off bathrooms due to large amount of standing water in front of bathroom doors and ceiling leaking water heavily in front of bathroom facility.
