Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. On metal rack to right of back door, open bottle of bleach stored on shelf above open bags of clean wiping clothes. Manager removed bleach from shelf and put back with the other chemicals.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On shelf above triple sink in back of kitchen, metal pans stacked before properly air drying.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. On soda machine in lobby, around soda nozzles soiled.

Open dumpster lid. On shared dumpster to left of establishment, dumpster lid open. Manager closed lid.
Unclean building components, attachments or fixtures. In back kitchen area, hood system above bread proofer has build up of dust. Also, fan cover in walk-in cooler has dust build up.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. At hand wash station by triple sink, no paper towels. Manager supplied.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. One employee hired three weeks ago per manager did not have employee agreement signed. Manager had employee sign and date while inspector present.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. In stored container of corn meal on storage rack next to walk in cooler, to go bowl used as scooper. Manager removed.
Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Shared garbage area has dried grease on ground and trash around enclosure.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Around soda nozzles at lobby drink dispenser, old soda build up.

Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Employee cutting ends off of onions before washing the, in prep area.
