Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product. Upon inspection, observed open box of bread dough below condenser in unit walk in freezer directly below ice buildup. Observed evidence of water dripping from ice buildup falling and directly contacting bread dough.

Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Upon inspection, observed plastic food storage containers wet nesting on drying rack in rear of establishment.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection, observed ice buildup in walk in freezer on ceiling noticed to be dripping water.
