Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Observed some cove moulding missing on the outside of the walk in freezer and on the inside of the walk in cooler.
Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed water on the floor in the walk in cooler appears to be dripping from a seam in the ceiling of the walk in cooler.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed building up,of black mold like substance on the walk in cooler door gaskets.
Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed rusting on the shelves of the walk in cooler unit.
