Observed tuna salad (50F - Cold Holding); sliced roast beef (52F - Cold Holding); ham (51F - Cold Holding) located at reach in cooler next to deli slicer, all food items are removed from walk in cooler to reach in cooler in the mornings, less than 4 hours. Ambient temperature of cooler unit is 50F, ambient temperature displayed at 54F. Advised to remove items from cooler unit and place into walk in cooler.
