Observed employee wearing gloves, wipe hands on pants and tshirt then pick up cut leafy green and a bun to make a sandwich. Spoke to Operator about proper glove usage and hand washing.

Observed Raw snapper filets in commercially processed reduced oxygen packaging labeled with instructions to remain frozen until time of use, not held frozen in walk in cooler. Operator discarded 3 filet's during inspection.

Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed cook on cook's line preparing food on grill while wearing a watch.
