Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Ham and turkey temping 50F-51F,per operator items were used to make sandwiches at prep area and than bought to front counter less than 2 hours. Operator placed items in walk in cooler for temperature recovery
No soap provided at handwash sink. Hand washing sink located at opposite side of cooks line
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Throughout kitchen
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Exit double door at back of kitchen by walk in cooler and dry storage
