Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee handling English muffins that would not immediately be heated without wearing gloves. Discussed with manager and states employees should be wearing gloves.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw frozen shrimp out of packaging stored over sliced frozen potatoes. Operator switched food items during inspection.
Server handled soiled dishes or utensils and then picked up plated food, served food, or prepared a beverage without washing hands. Server brought soiled dishes to server station to empty and the grabbed plated food without first washing hands.
