Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Condensation dripping from condenser unit in walk-in cooler directly onto sealed food products and bottled water. Condensation water has puddled onto floor of walk-in cooler, as well as rusted the fan guard on the condenser unit. Operator moved food, cleaned water, placed bucket to catch falling condensation. Operator began to make repairs during inspection.
