Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Mop sink missing automatic vacuum breaker on one side of splitter attachment.
No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap at hand wash sink at front of restaurant.
Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Hand wash sink by drive thru. Per manager, employee emptied pickle juice down sink and seeds are clogging it in pipes.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
