Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed open energy drink can on prep table surface. operator discarded can of energy drink.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee purse stored on shelf above reach in cooler unit on back wall. Operator moved purse.
No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no ambient thermometer in reach in cooler, walk in cooler or walk in freezer.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed duct tape on hand wash sink drain pipe leading to p trap and duct tape on back of sink where sink attaches to the wall.
