Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee put her hair in a ponytail, put on gloves and did wash her hands. Employee handled broom and dust pans proceeded to put on gloves and made a sandwich. Person in charge had the employee to wash her hands
Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Can of sea breeze Red Bull Energy Drink on the shelf with containers of Mayonnaise inside the walk in cooler. The beverage was removed.
