Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed; standing water in ice scoop holster next to ice bin. Soda gun holster at end of bar soiled with debris build up.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed multiple metal pan tops stored in hand wash sink next to three compartment sink. Person in charge removed pan tops.
Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days opened commercially processed, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. Observed commercially processed shredded cheese and pre-cooked beef stored in flip top cooler with a date marking when it was opened and frozen. No date marking when it was removed from freezer.
