Observed shell eggs stored on prep table without time marking. Operator place eggs on table at 9:00am when he opened, current time 10:15. Operator place 1:00pm discard time on egg carton.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed portion cups and to go containers stored in hand sink. Operator removed
