Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Inside the salt container, a small cup was stored inside and used to dispense the food.the cup was removed.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. In the reach in cooler in the storage area, a can of Coke and a can of Diet Coke were open in the cooler. The cans were removed.

Container of medicine improperly stored. In the reach in cooler in the office, a bottle of pink liquid medicine is stored on the door above guava paste and sliced cheese. The medicine was moved.
Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. In the chest freezer in the office, two bags of meat were stored in shopping bags. The meat was removed from the freezer to be changed to food grade bags.
