Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. coleslaw (47F - Cold Holding); hot dogs (47F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler near entry door. Operator stated he realized he left door opened for a few minutes. Operator placed jugs of frozen water in cooler to chill. Rechecked temps at end of inspection and both dropped 2 degrees.
Equipment in poor repair. Handle on reach-in cooler near food pick up window taped up.
