Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In the walk in cooler there are 2 portions of salmon fully thawed inside commercial reduced packaging that is marked remove from package and thaw under refrigeration. See stop sale.
