Floor area(s) covered with standing water thru out kitchen on floors that are in disrepair.

Ice buildup in walk-in freezer.
Objectionable odors kitchen in front of walk in cooler doors of the establishment. Odor seems to be coming from under loose floor tiles with standing water.
Stored food not covered. Corn on cob stored in walk in cooler and snow crab stored in walk in freezer. Manager covered corn with a tray and placed a lid over snow crab.
Walk in beer cooler floors with rust that has pitted the surface.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Water leaking from faucet hose Bibb at splitter at mop sink. Cloth wrapped around splitter at leak.

Small amount of Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin on wall and near chute. Manager has employee draining ice and then will have employee clean machine.

Raw or undercooked oysters offered and establishment has no consumer advisory sign provided on wall, menu, placard, table tent or by any other written means. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Oyster specific consumer advisory provided to operator and posted during the inspection.

In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Scoop handle stored in seasoned bread crumbs. Manager removed scoop and sent to warehouse washing area.
