Observed in the middle cook line make table: Sliced tomatoes (50F - Cold Holding); Sausage (50F - Cold Holding); Premade lasagna (51F - Cold Holding); Shredded cheese (52F - Cold Holding) Operator stated they had placed the products there approximately 3hrs ago. Operator placed some items in other coolers and ice on the top.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the pizza prep hand sink used to dump ice. Operator melts the ice.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at the bar hand sink. Operator placed some there.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a cup used as a sugar scoop in the server area. Operator removed the cup.
