Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. 15 small flying insects observed on the walls around the exterior of the beer walk-in cooler; 3 live, small flying insects in the dry storage area by the back door of the kitchen; 6 live, flying insects observed on the wall by the side bar by the beer cooler; 3 live, small flying insects around the hand sink at the outdoor bar; three live, small flying insects observed on the interior wall next to the plastic curtain on the employee door to the outside bar; 3 live, small flying insects observed on the sneeze-guard by the side bar.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand wash sink at the side, inside bar had a dump bucket directly in front of the hand wash sink. A bucket of flour was observed directly in front of the hand sink in the kitchen.
