Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Employee making food at grill cracked raw shell eggs with gloved hands then used the same gloved hands to place sliced cheese on sandwich that does not have any raw animal product in sandwich without changing gloves or washing between tasks.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. All items containing raw cold smoked salmon are not identified on menu board behind front counter.
