Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed an Employee/manager on front counter wearing gloves on phone at register then went into kitchen and began wrapping a wrapped sandwich without washing hands and changing gloves. Observed and employee/manager place a hat/visor on make bar cutting board, then employee wearing gloves making sandwiches picked the hat up and placed it on her head then proceeded to prepare sandwiches without washing hands or changing gloves. Spoke to female manager she had them wash hands and change gloves during inspection.
