Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In refrigerator in server station: milk (49F - Cold Holding); half and half (46F - Cold Holding) per operator, no temperatures were taken and food was in cooler overnight. See stop sale.

All employees except for Ashley, who began working at establishment 2 weeks ago, has signed employee reporting agreement. Discussed with manager on duty.
