Item Fell out of temperature as a result of cooler door being left open to label items. Juice has been out of temperature for approximately 2 hours. Operator placed drink in freezer and on ice to rapid cool.
Stored food not covered. Observed fruits stored uncovered in low boy cooler. PIC covered.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed on top of chest freezer.
