Food stored on floor. At walk-in freezer; case of ready to eat patties stored on floor. Operator stated case to be returned to distributor. Advised Operator to store/segregate properly.

No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Discussed with operator, operator waiting on delivery of supplies, establishment will not open until receiving sanitizer.
Dead roaches on premises. Approximately 6 dead roaches underneath of cabinets where soda dispenser is located, discussed with operator to clean and sanitize areas.
