What the inspector wrote — 6 findings
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee manipulated raw hamburger with gloves and then touching bread and single service articles. Operator was coached how to use the gloves properly. Employee changed the gloves.
