Observed cooked chicken shawarma, feta cheese crumbles, cooked vegetables (47F-50F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler at end of cook line. Operator stated items were placed in cooler at lunch time. Operator removed TCS foods and placed in reach in freezer to chill. Retemped at end of inspection and TCS foods at 38F-41F
