Dish machine chlorine 0ppm. Employee changed sanitizer bucket and primed machine, still 0ppm. Manager called Ecolab for service during this inspection. Inspector instructed manager to discontinue the use of the dish machine for sanitizing and sanitize all dishes in the three-compartment sink until the dish machine can be repaired. Inspector also instructed manager to resanitize all dishes that were sanitized using the dish machine today.
