Operator was able to obtain unscented bleach during inspection.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Upon inspection, no test kit for sanitizer available at establishment.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Upon inspection, observed temperature of 66f at handwashing sink and three compartment sink at establishment.
