In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed ice scoops stored in soiled bins at both ice machines in storage area. Manager stored scoops in clean bins during inspection.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed pipe leaking from sink next to dish machine. Per manager maintenance was called and parts were ordered on 12-15-23. Manager is waiting on delivery for repair.
