In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed a couple of pairs of tongs hanging from oven handle. Employee removed tongs to properly store.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Observed hose not fully in container of solution. Employee adjusted hose, primed machine and reran a cycle. Retested at 100ppm.
