Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Upon inspection observed mold like substance inside ice machine. Manager proceeded to cover up ice and cleaned machine at time of inspection.

To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Establishment conducts their own food training, program is not on Floridas approved provider list. Inspector provided food handler training information.
