Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Bowls used as scoops for various items throughout restaurant. Operator removed bowls during inspection.
Dead roaches on premises. Observed 15 dead roaches in the following locations: Three under air conditioning unit next to ice bin, seven on sticky traps under prep table in side prep area, two next to reach-in freezer in server station, and three under reach-in coolers in ware washing area. Operator began cleaning and sanitizing area during inspection.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Gap along bottom of exterior doors in back of kitchen. Owner states doors are to be replaced tomorrow.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor soiled with grease buildup under grills.
