Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment. Employee using multi surface cleaner to spray counter and outside of butter container. Employee sprayed chemical into paper towel in her hand, once again wiping down counter top, when done employee threw in garbage, proceeded then to pick up preportioned butter, went to walk-in-cooler, place butter in cooler. Came out of walk-in-cooler and then washed hands. Discussed with manager Patrick proper hand washing procedures, who then discussed with employee.
