What the inspector wrote — 1 finding
Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed damaged ceiling tile in back of dinning room near kitchen where a leak did happen but has since been fixed. Tile has been painted black in color and shows white spots due to water ruining black paint. Manager showed me the new tiles and plans to replace the damaged one today after they close.

Observed 0PPM from dishwasher machine. Manager stated Ecolab would be coming in today to fix machine. Set up 3 compartment sink to wash dishes in in the meantime.
