Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed sliced American cheese (63F - Cold Holding) in flip top reach-in cooler. Employee stated cheese was placed in there this morning. Employee placed cheese in nearby reach-in cooler to chill.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cutting board on flip top reach-in cooler soiled. Also, fryer baskets including handles of baskets soiled.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand wash sink. Operator replenished paper towels.
