Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cutting board in kitchen soiled and stained.
Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Two employee trainings are expired from 2023.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Ceiling vents above bar and in lounge room have build up of dust.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor under fryer has build up grease.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Build up of ice at reach in freezer in storage room behind kitchen.
