Currently MFDV upon site is connected to waste water system. Observed evidence of previous blowout observed at top of drain field. Observed sunken hole with black dried debris. Establishment encountered heavy rains in areas approximately 2 to 3 days ago, observed raindrops and printed in sand in drainfield area. Observed some condensation approximately 200 feet away from drain field down the hill, but no discoloration of water or smell observed.
