Observed : gloves on at frontline, staff member moved to the drive thru, handles point of sale transaction including payment and receipt, then with same gloves on touch the lip contact area of the customers drink cup on the way to get drink and ice. The manager instructed the staff member to change their gloves.
Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed : the the left hand walk-in cooler is non functioning, zinger sauce and milk left in walk-in cooler, both at 63°.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : the left walk-in cooler had bottles of milk at 63°. Label states, Keep refrigerated. ALSO, in the same walk-in cooler, zinger sauce 63°, pouch states keep refrigerated, box states 'perishable item.'
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : the upper level hot hold cabinet, one portion of Mac n cheese was 126°. Manager chose to discard instead of reheating to 165°.

Dead roaches on premises. Observed: 3 dead roaches in a glue trap, in the bulk soda room, under the lawn signs.
