What the inspector wrote — 2 findings
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Cook placed raw chicken into flower and mixed flower and chicken with gloved hands, he then placed chicken into fryer. Cook put a second pair of gloves over the first pair and proceeded into walk in cooler. Cook took his gloves off and washed his hands.
