Upon inspection, observed 4 dead roaches inside establishment in the following locations: 2 dead roaches near C02 tank in right rear of establishment, 1 under storage rack in left rear of establishment, 1 dead roach in ceiling light fixture near soda syrup rack, 1 dead roach in ceiling light fixture in dry storage. Manager removed dead roaches, cleaned and sanitized the areas during inspection.
Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Upon inspection observed floor tiles missing and in disrepair in the rear of establishment near back door.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Upon inspection, observed excessive ice buildup on condenser unit and floor in walk-in cooler.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
Ordered shut on the spot. 4 violations recorded, 1 of them the tier the state says can make you ill. A reinspection is required before this kitchen may reopen.
