Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked chicken in hot holding unit on cook line across from to-go window at temperatures of 118-133F. Person in charge stated it was cooked an hour prior. Person in charge placed cooked chicken in fryer to reheat to minimum temperature of 165F. Cooked chicken, cooked chicken retemp (118-133F, 186-198F)

Stored food not covered. Observed tea urn with tea brewed 20 minutes prior with no cover. Tea had multiple single service cup lids floating on top that had fallen from storage next to brewing unit. Person in charge voluntarily discarded tea and brewed new batch with covering.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed three compartment sink faucet unable to completely turn off and leaking.
