Frozen cooked beans in ROP packaging. Operator states the beans are cooked, properly cooled to 41F, then placed into ROP packaging, then stored into freezer until ready to thaw. Discussed needed a HACCP plan for this special process. Operator states she will not longer vacuum package food.
