Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until approved sanitizer is available for warewashing. Observed bottle of laundry Chlorine bleach not approved for food contact surfaces and sanitizing dishes and utensils. Employee left to purchase approved Chlorine sanitizer during inspection. Unproved sanitizer was purchased.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shelled eggs stored above containers of cooked sausage and cooked meatballs.
