Hot dogs (53F - Cold Holding); stored stacked above the fill line in pans in the top section of the roll top reach in cooler on the cook line. Employee stated the hot dogs were stored in the reach in cooler for approximately 30 minutes. Employee placed the hot dogs stored above the fill line in the bottom section of the reach in cooler.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Can opener blade soiled. Employee removed the can opener to be sanitized.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drinks stored on a preparation table on the cook line. Employee removed the drink.

Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizer reading +200 ppm. Manager adjusted the sanitizer solution new reading 100ppm.
