Raw animal food stored over canned/bottled drinks. Open bag of raw chicken stored over canned soda and bottled waters in reach in cooler. Operator rearranged and placed chicken in bottom drawer.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken and noodles in pan at stove at 114F. Operator states prepared one hour prior. Operator heated chicken and noodles to 173F. Also, chicken on steam table at 128F. Operator states chicken prepared two hours prior. Operator heated chicken to 171F.
