Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed garlic butter mix, hummus, salsa de guava with no date marking, as per operator made on Sunday.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed metal trays not inverted on top of the shelves. Operator inverted properly.
