Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed opposite cook line soiled, right flip top cutting board has brown stains and is no longer cleanable.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed ice machine next to triple sink interior has black like substance to the side. Operator indicated that the entire ice machine is going to be emptied.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. At hand wash sink next to oil tub. Hand wash sink at front counter. Provided operator with sign. Operator posted during licensing inspection.
